How it stacks up, my honest take
A good week spent here! Breakfast was really good with a multitude of fresh pastries and local cheeses. The cozy sauna area offered a perfect post-ski relaxation. Communication at times could have been better, but the overall service and atmosphere were good.

Fantastic breakfasts with a wide variety of local products, like fresh pastries and cheeses, really stood out . The wellness area impressed me with multiple sauna options and a great pool for relaxation after skiing. I struggled with navigating the hotel layout, which was like a labyrinth. It took a good amount of time to carry my luggage up and down, especially with two flights of stairs involved. Communication issues arose when I didn't receive my summer card until check-out, something I normally get immediately upon check-in. All in all, great dining and wellness services, but more attention to guest navigation would enhance the experience.

The hotel's position was unbeatable and magnificent, so close to the main ski lifts, walking distance to downtown bars and public transport. It also was next to the cable car. All in all room was brand-new and extremely spacious; also provided a bathtub.

Great hotel with first class wellness area, beautiful rooms and a very delicious dinner. In this respect many thanks for the pleasant stay.
A little bit of bitterness: .. the non-existent connection from the underground car park to the hotel is atypical for a house of this category and generates a lot of effort with a lot of luggage, since the underground car park can only be entered into the hotel via the side street .. The direct access unfortunately missing.

A warm welcome and generous room upgrade. The breakfast buffet, filled with fresh croissants and local cheeses, was a standout feature.
The bar service was slow and occasionally inattentive, impacting my overall experience during evenings.

I was shocked by the lack of proper signage, and trying to navigate this hotel was like being in a twisted maze. Not to mention, who knocks at 8am on a Sunday? I woudl ve expected at least a complimentary coffee during breakfast after that inconvenience, but here we are, feeling very unimpressed.

Top selection at breakfast, with good juices, fresh omelette to order, etc. . The wellness area was big and had a lot of choice of saunas as well as a big nice pool. The gondola to the Gaislachkogel is at a walking distance of 2 minutes, thus one can already be on the piste before the big rush. . If you are still skiing on the day of departure, you still have the possibility to change your clothes in the wellness area
